Reserving your appointment

Thank you so much for choosing Softglamour. To book an appointment please visit our services page, our link’s will direct you to our booking page Vagaro. For new client’s a 50% reservation fee deposit is required to reserve your appointment. If there are no times available online please reach out to us at (415) 691-1995 and we will be happy to assist you!

Cancellation/Rescheduling

Please give us a 24-48 hour notice from your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel your reservation. If you are unable to give us a heads up within 24 hours, your 50% deposit will be non refundable & your deposit for your reservation will be forfeited for the time that was reserved for your appointment.

Although we sympathize with illness and family emergencies, we cannot be responsible for any last minute cancellations or no shows. Unfortunately, exceptions to this policy are not permitted.

Satisfaction/Concerns

If you have any concerns with the service you received, please let us know within 2 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy we’re proud to offer you. Please note due to high volume of clients we will try our best to fit you in.

We do not offer refunds on services. Allergic reactions from lash extensions/ lash lifts can happen to anyone, if you are concerned please consult with your doctor before service. If you experience an allergic reaction or discomfort after service, we will remove them free of charge.

We will gladly refund or exchange unused products, if you return the product with receipt within 7 days of purchase.

Unused products in its original packaging can only be refunded to store credit for your future purchase.

Glamcare Packages

Glamcare packages are to be paid in full upon checkout and cannot be transferred, shared or gifted. Only the member who purchase the package may use it. The same cancellation policy applies to all packages and memberships.

Failure to adhere to Softglamour’s cancellation policy will result in the forfeiture of the service booked in.

COVID-19 is not an excuse for last-minute cancellations, if you are symptomatic please alert your local health officials and cancel your appointment in a timely manner if possible.

Glamcare packages must be completed within 9 months and are created for consistency for our treatments.

Glamcare packages are not eligible for discounts & promotions.
