Lash Extension Care

In order to maintain your new glamourous lash set/fill, we recommend touch-ups every 2-3 weeks. Upon receiving your new full set of lashes, we’ll go over with you with instructions on how to care for your lashes.




✨ Consistent aftercare keeps your lashes full, healthy, and SoftGlam-perfect between fills.

 

  • Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24–48 hours after your appointment.

  • Refrain from using saunas, steam rooms, or pools during this time to allow your extensions to fully bond.

  • Be gentle — avoid pulling, rubbing, or sleeping directly on your lashes or face.

  • Avoid exposing your lashes to strong or direct water pressure when washing your face or showering.

  • After getting your lashes wet, gently pat dry, then use a handheld fan to lightly air them out while brushing with your spoolie to maintain their shape and fluff.

  • Skip eyelash curlers and waterproof makeup; instead, choose water-based eyeliner and mascara if needed.

  • Use only oil-free makeup removers to prevent premature shedding.

  • For best results, we highly recommend cleansing with SoftGlamour’s Lash Cleanser ($25 + tax) — specially formulated to remove buildup, oils, and makeup residue while keeping your extensions fresh, fluffy, and long-lasting.

 

Lash Lift + Tint Care

To maintain your lash lift we will recommend based off of how your natural lashes look during our consultation before the procedure. A lash lift/perm typically last 6-8 weeks depending on your natural lash growth cycle.

Keep lashes completely dry for 24 hours after your lash lift or perm.

  • Avoid sleeping on your face or pressing your lashes against pillows during this time.

  • Do not apply mascara or eye makeup for at least 24 hours post-service.

  • Be gentle — avoid rubbing, tugging, or using lash curlers.

  • For optimal hydration and lash nourishment, we highly recommend using Elleebana Aftercare ($35 + tax) — formulated to strengthen, condition, and maintain your lash lift results far better than castor oil.
