Important Details

All packages must be booked in advance and completed within their required timelines. Facial packages may have different expiration windows depending on the program and must be completed within 6–8 weeks or 4–8 months, as listed for each package. Brow packages must be redeemed within 6 months. Skin treatment voucher credits are valid 1/1/25–2/28/26 toward full-price facials only. Packages and vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with promotions. No service substitutions are permitted. Late cancellations or reschedules under 24 hours will forfeit the session, and expired sessions cannot be extended. Consistency is required for best results, and outcomes will vary based on individual skin conditions and home care. By purchasing, you agree to all package terms and guidelines.

Gifting Details

We’re happy to help you gift services to friends or family — just let us know at the time of purchase so we can set up an account for your recipient. Gift cards may be split between multiple people, and gift card amounts can be divided into separate cards upon request. Once gift cards are purchased, any qualifying skincare voucher credits will be automatically added to the purchaser’s account and are redeemable 1/2–2/28/2026 toward full-price facials only. Skincare vouchers cannot be applied to facial promotions, packages, or products, and are linked to the purchaser and cannot be transferred.
